[ Rangiku wasn't a stranger to this weekend's strange doings. And, now, more than ever, she's determined to help Johto see the light! That these fourth walls and their extra events are merely alcohol binges that the entire region, from Maria to Jack Skellington, takes part in! ]

Hello, everyone! It's your favorite party girl, Rangiku Matsumoto, reporting in with some helpful tips to make sure your lives continue safely ★~!! Now, recently, I've been noticing that every six months or so, everyone wakes up with a weird, vague recollection of what happened and a giant headache. Being experienced with hangovers, I decided to make a little faq of what just went on. Well, enjoy! 1. So, what happened this weekend? Well, simply put, you partied ★! For some reason, you were intoxicated by drinking alcohol, one of the best things there is to enjoy in Johto, or in any world! How this happened, or why this happened, isn't very known! Perhaps all of the water turns into saké as part of a Team Rocket evil plot, or something in the air makes you wanna drink, or maybe it's just a festival that no one could remember but point is you got wasted. If you rarely drink, you probably vomited in someone's hair, and made a fool of yourself in public doing humiliating things you would have never done if you had an ounce of sobriety on you ★! But, most of us, who can handle their drinking, just merely passed out. No biggie ★! So, somewhere along the lines, you just got drunk, somehow, and passed out after doing some very questionably possible things. You might be able to remember vague insane experiences, but, please be assured, it was only the alcohol processing that info, and, sometimes saké gives you wild dreams ★! 2. So, what are the effects now? The inability to recall what happened the previous night is the biggest one and a sign that you definitely partied hard. Another sign is waking up in strange places you don't recall ever visiting ★! Other side effects include headache, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, lethargy, intense feelings of depression, thirst, and diarrhea ★! Rest assured though, as the latter symptoms are very rare and Johto's bathrooms are eternally clean! (I hope!) 3. How can I cure it? Well, speaking from personal experience of over two centuries of unsobriety, these remedies have varying levels of success. ( List of cures ) There are many more odd remedies, so, if these somehow don't do it for you, just let me know and I'll be able to prescribe some more ★! Anything to help my fellow Johto-ians! Anyways, I hope your hangovers ease up just as much as mine do! The doctor is out ★~!

[ It's obvious that the location is a bar, there seems to be bottles upon bottles stacked everywhere. Most of them are empty. The Pokegear roughly pans around and quite suddenly assures you that there has been some heavy drinking going on today.

Of course, it appears that there's no one else close to all of these bottles littering the area. Finally, Rangiku begins to speak before the camera turns to her. Her voice should be familiar to a majority of the people. Her speech sounds slurred and it's possible she's intoxicated. It's clear this is Violet City by the architecture and the signs ]

Everyone's constantly whining over how "I CAN'T REMEMBER PAST WEEKEND!!" So what?! I don't care! I haven't remembered the past two weeks. I'm sure you'll be fine!! After all, I'm perfectly healthy!

[ Rangiku attempts to get up, only to stumble all over the ground. She picks herself up and sits down on the floor, rather than wander off everywhere else. ]

So it appears everyone else from home just went home again?! Huh? [ She appears to look somewhat downtrodden when one mentions this, before playfully pouting ] Oh well~! It's not like they'd have fun here anyways. Stupid Johto, taking away my friends.

[ Her drunken thoughts, while definitely not connected and deep, take another turn. She suddenly brightens up ]

Oh! And, someone told me I was here some time ago, but I don't remember! Anyways, if I was here and I don't remember you, let me know~! I'm sure if I was friends with you before hand, I'd be friends with you now~! Especially if you buy me drinks~!

( ARE MY TITLES KUBO-ISH YET??? || Introspection )

[ Action - A. Outside her "home" in New Bark Town; early in the morning ]

[ If you guys would notice, you'll find a girl desperately trying to kick the door in. She's groaning really hard at times, and other times she lets out a scream but most of her reactions are pure shock that her enhanced strength can't break down a simple door. Later, she'll try to flash step and fail at that just leaving her with one leg in the air and a look of vexing confusion on her face ]

[ Action - B. Middle of New Bark Town; midday ]

[ You can see all of her possessions set out before her as she begins to ponder. She puts her fingers to her lips playfully as she hums ]

What to do with all of this....

[ Action C - Anywhere in New Bark Town; midday ]

[ Rangiku, and her trusty Vulpix, will begin to walk towards you. You can't really say no to her, if you're a guy. She's just that attractive. She is rushing towards you with surprisingly high speed for someone of her... body type ]

Hello! Do you have a second? .

[ Video D - In the late afternoon/early evening ]

[ You can see the video appear randomly, and it looks like it wasn't intentional. For a couple of seconds you see a very attractive, and busty woman lean over as she begins to fiddle around with it ]

C'mon! I want to see who's on so I can get more explainations on where I-

[ Now, she notices there's a red light, and even she knows that means recording. Embarrassed, she places her hand behind her head and rubs it for a bit ]

Hello! My name is Rangiku Matsumoto! I'm new here, and I'm not really familiar with the this type of technology so hopefully I didn't disturb you! I look forward to having some fun with you all, even if this change of setting is a bit jarring! This place is friendly, right? Is there anyone in New Bark Town that's been here for a bit to explain things for me? I reward big!

[ The not so subtle hint is following by her chest bouncing up into the air and slamming back down ]

Also does anyone have any clothes that'd fit me? This lass outfit...

[ Action - E; late night ]

[ If you are perhaps particularly creepy, you can see half of Rangiku sliding out of her sleeping bag. It's really obvious it doesn't fit her, and she's exceptionally cold. Even though she's snoring, you can see her shiver. If one is really observant, you can see her Vulpix's, Haineko, shape at the bottom of her sleeping bag. It's not doing a good job keeping her warm if she's heating up bodyparts that are already fine! Disturb her? Let her know that Vulpix is a source of warmth? ]
